Section 04
Account & Registration

Certain features of CrawlRabbit require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • Use a valid email address you own and control
  • Keep your password confidential; never share it
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
  • One account per person — no shared or automated account creation
Section 05
Submission Requirements

All websites submitted to CrawlRabbit must meet the following criteria at the time of submission and on an ongoing basis after approval:

  • Live and accessible: The website must be reachable by anyone on the public internet at submission time
  • Root domain only: Submit the root domain (e.g. example.com), not subpages or query strings
  • Accurate metadata: Title and description must accurately reflect the website's content and purpose
  • English metadata: Titles and descriptions should be in English for search and discovery purposes
  • Original content: The submitted site must contain meaningful, original content — not thin, AI-spun, or plagiarized material
  • No cloaking: The page shown to users must be the same as shown to crawlers
  • Legal compliance: The website must comply with applicable laws and regulations in its operating jurisdiction
Submitting a website that you do not own or do not have explicit permission to list is a violation of these terms and may result in permanent account suspension.
Section 06
Review & Approval

All submissions are reviewed by our team before being published. We reserve the right to:

  • Approve or reject any submission at our sole discretion
  • Request additional information before approving a submission
  • Remove previously approved listings that no longer meet our standards
  • Edit website metadata (title, description, category) for accuracy, clarity, or compliance
  • Change our approval criteria at any time without prior notice
We do not guarantee approval or a specific review timeline. Typical review times are 1–5 business days. We will notify you of the decision by email if one was provided at submission.
