ReimburseOps
ReimburseOps is a web-based audit tool designed for Amazon FBA sellers who need to verify their reimbursement records against actual sourcing costs. Many FBA sellers lose money due to under-reimbursements, missing cost records, or inconsistent valuations β problems that are tedious and error-prone to catch manually in spreadsheets. Without a dedicated auditing tool, sellers must sift through thousands of rows in complex CSV files, comparing reimbursement amounts against known sourcing costs for every FNSKU and ASIN. This process is not only time-consuming but also highly prone to human error.
The workflow is simple: upload your reimbursement CSV exported from Seller Central and optionally a sourcing cost CSV, confirm the field mapping, and let the system run its audit. ReimburseOps applies four detection rules β missing cost matches, under-reimbursed amounts, inconsistent valuations across similar items, and cost definition warnings β to flag suspicious records that deserve manual review.
Results are displayed as a summary dashboard with statistics cards plus a detailed table of flagged records. Each flag includes the rule that triggered it, severity level, and the original data for quick verification. Pro users can export the full action list as CSV for use in Seller Central appeals or accounting workflows.
Key features include CSV Upload with Auto-Mapping for seamless data import, Missing Cost Detection by FNSKU and ASIN to catch reimbursements without matching costs, Under-Reimbursement Alerts when amounts fall below cost thresholds, Inconsistent Valuation Checks across similar items and event types, Cost Definition Warnings for records where cost notes suggest landed or shipping costs are included, and one-click CSV Export of all flagged records for easy follow-up.
The platform offers a freemium pricing model. The free tier covers basic audits with limited exports, while the Pro plan unlocks unlimited exports, advanced detection features, and full audit history tracking. Built with Next.js, Go, and PostgreSQL, ReimburseOps is designed for speed, reliability, and ease of use.
