The workflow is simple: upload your reimbursement CSV exported from Seller Central and optionally a sourcing cost CSV, confirm the field mapping, and let the system run its audit. ReimburseOps applies four detection rules — missing cost matches, under-reimbursed amounts, inconsistent valuations across similar items, and cost definition warnings — to flag suspicious records that deserve manual review.
Results are displayed as a summary dashboard with statistics cards plus a detailed table of flagged records. Each flag includes the rule that triggered it, severity level, and the original data for quick verification. Pro users can export the full action list as CSV for use in Seller Central appeals or accounting workflows.
