My philosophy at you hypnotherapy is to provide a safe and non–judgemental space for you to create new possibilities and achieve personal growth.
There is no one size fits all approach to psychotherapy, there isn’t a right way, or a wrong way of doing things. However, there is often a way that is not helping us, and also a better way of doing things, in the problem areas of our lives. We all have resources within us to deal with life’s challenges, and sometimes hypnotherapy can simply offer you a perspective you hadn’t previously considered, or maybe you had, but something was holding you back.

Often we are so focused on ‘the problem’ that we reinforce it, rather than putting our attention onto the solution.
Using strategic psychotherapy I can help you to identify how you do what you do, that is keeping you stuck, in a gentle, relaxed and non–judgemental way. I want to help you look forward to a more positive future. Focusing on the solutions to get you where you want to be in life, rather than where you have been in your past. We all have the skills within us to help us through life, but sometimes we just need to be reminded how to access them.
Hypnotherapy can take the effort out of making changes, similar to the way that somehow ‘sleeping on a problem’, can make the obvious solution appear in the morning.
