You can choose an online self-paced course, or live classes in Williamstown Melbourne with extra content provided as online learning. Whichever course you choose all the information is included.

You’ll learn invaluable skills and techniques to help you; work with contractions, feel relaxed, empowered and confident leading up to your baby’s birth and into parenthood.

You will have the best elements of standard Australian hospital antenatal classes - including evidence-based, practical and up-to-date information given by a Registered Midwife, and also many of the fundamental elements of other approaches that are more focused on being relaxed such as in Calmbirth and Hypnobirthing. The combination of the theory, with practical skills and techniques for feeling calm and in control will ensure you can enjoy the rest of your pregnancy feeling confident about your ability to labour.

These classes on their own are packed full of extra hints and tips for labour and birth and feeding your baby and also caring for a newborn. And you might decide that's enough for you. But you also have the option to upgrade your experience, to add individual hypnotherapy sessions, to target any specific fears or issues you may have regarding your pregnancy or birth.
